Cyber Monday Deals Highlighted

Black Friday becomes Cyber Monday (but still multiple days)

But there are so many deals, it can be a minefield trying to find worthwhile purchases

Our goal, with this page, is to save you time in seeking out fitness & lifestyle related deals that are genuinely worth considering

Below are the highlights we have found that could be worth checking out and the reason for giving them a look

Check back regularly as we’ll continue to update as we find more deals

I have one of these and I absolutely love it. It has nothing to do with fitness, but the amount of frustration it relieves is incredible (which is good for health and fitness in general). I’ve had a few universal remotes and they have all been a headache to set up. This one is a breeze. Even if you can’t find the remote itself, you can use your phone. You can reprogram things via your phone. And with the hub, you don’t need line of sight, so if someone walks in the way or you don’t have a good angle, you aren’t leaning in multiple directions to get it to register.

The only downside is a slight lag in the digital display. But you quickly get used to it. I absolutely love this, can’t recommend it enough and with a discount of over 60% if you are even thinking about it, grab one now.

Glute activation is a common problem for many athletes. Hip bands are particularly good tools for dealing with this disconnect (among other things).

A cheap, but effective, piece of equipment worth adding to your arsenal.

A pain in the neck is, well, a pain in the neck. Actually, any knots and pains can be anything from extremely annoying to borderline debilitating.

These little balls may look inconspicuous, but if used correctly, could be a direct route to relieving your pain. These are a must have for anyone serious about their progress. Niggles are going to happen, but how you deal with them determines how much they will impact your progress. Extremely inexpensive, but absolutely worth having.

If you don’t already have a foam roller in your life, ignore the trigger point set above, and grab this pack. 2 foam rollers and 2 trigger point balls in an easy carry bag.

A great deal and worth getting.

Want to record your workouts? You could use your phone, but these little action cameras are great for all sorts of situations. Very high quality, very small, but also great image stabilization.

There are 2 or 3 of these in the sale, this one is the one I’d recommend (mid range of the ones on sale). However, check out the other ones, after you’ve looked at this one for comparison.

These Gorilla Pods are awesome for allowing you to set up videos almost anywhere. They attach to almost anything and allow for a stable set up. The downside is, they are insanely expensive. So, if you are interested, then this discount is huge. Grab one now.

The discount is not as steep as it was on Friday, but there is still a discount on it. And sleep is still important, so this continues to be worth checking out.

Another one where the deal doesn’t quite match Friday, but it is still significant enough to consider grabbing, as I would not suggest buying this when it is at full price.

At this price it’s debatable, but if you genuinely feel you will spend a reasonable amount of time doing home workouts, it is a useful tool.

If you are in the market for a fitness tracking watch, then this is definitely worth considering. Even if you don’t get this one, it’s a good starting point to review in comparison to its cheaper rivals before making a decision (so you are aware what you are sacrificing for the saving).

The ‘cool’ think is generally to go for Skullcandy, Beats, B&O or even Sony headphones for your listening pleasure. But these electronic hair bands not only have a high quality sound to them, look cool and allow for connection to your phone to take calls via an inbuilt microphone, but they are extremely environmentally friendly.

As with many others, the discount was higher on Black Friday, but there is still a discount here. I feel that, if you are in the market for headphones, these are a better purchase than many of the more well known rivals. So even at full price, I’d recommend them. But there is still a reasonable discount available, so definitely check them out.

An accurate set of scales is key to a solid nutrition plan. If you need a set for your kitchen that looks good, doesn’t take up much space and is cheap (just over £10) grab these while the sale lasts.

FREETOO Resistance Band

Resistance bands are amazing workout tools. Extremely versatile and easy to pack and take with you.

The ones advertised are a bit deceiving as you are not getting a full pack, just a single band (despite the image) but that doesn’t make it a bad deal. This particular band is good for fairly light work, small muscles, high reps or rehab work. But it’s a good all round weight. Probably not ideal if you are looking for assistance on pull ups or to assisted Sissy squats or the like.

Joseph Joseph Tri Scale

Every kitchen, especially if you are tracking calories or macros, requires a set of scales. However, the downside is often, they constantly take up counter top space.

These nifty scales don’t have that issue as they fold up and neatly fit inside your cutlery drawer. Or you can pop them in your bag and take them with you if you need a set on the go.

Neat idea and at 25% off, a good time to grab them.

Compeed Blister Patches

If you’ve ever had a blister on your heel, it can be debilitating.

If you’ve ever used Compeed patches, you’ll know just how good they are at allowing you to continue to function.

So while they are on sale, grab a few.

Oral-B Precision Clean Replacement Toothbrush Heads

I am a huge fan of the Oral-B toothbrush range. The downside is generally the expense of buying new heads for them, as they clearly perform better when there is a fresh brush head on there. But, they can be very expensive.

I’ve just purchased this pack myself. 8 heads with a change every 6 or 7 weeks, would last a year (until next year’s sales). So I’d suggest, if you have an Oral-B toothbrush, grabbing this set quickly. Note, the price has gone back up slightly, but still a very good discount, so I wouldn’t wait to get these or you could be waiting another year.

Oral-B Smart 4 4000N

This list is starting to look like an advert for Oral-B. I assure you I have no affiliation with the brand, I just like their products.

And, throughout this sale ‘fortnight’ they have consistently had good deals on (though the product with a deal on it changes daily). This is another good brush in the range and if you don’t feel you need a tray for 4 heads and all the other bells and whistles of the 6000 Series (below) then this is a cheaper option (due to the discount) that will clean your teeth just as well.

Oral-B Smart Series 6000 Electric Toothbrush

Oral health is still part of your health. How bad do you feel when you have toothache? And how many diseases originate in the mouth?

A few months ago my old electric toothbrush died and I did quite a bit of research on a new one. I got this brush, but without the timer, storage and extra brush heads as I was never going to pay over £200 for a toothbrush. But, with this discount (which has dropped slightly, but still huge) I wish I’d waited.

I noticed a HUGE difference in this brush over my old one, plus it holds a charge for a very long time (which is great as we don’t have any sockets in our bathroom).

So whilst it’s on sale (and a huge sale at that) I can’t recommend this enough.

OXO Good Grips Lunch Box

At the time of writing, these are no longer in the sale (maybe that will have changed again by the time you read this – click through to see). In which case they are a bit pricey. That said, it is a good concept and a good quality product. So, unlike the others that have been deleted, I’m leaving them here as they are worth finding if you are looking for something like this, but they might get buried in the rest of the poor quality Tupperware packs and options.

Lumie Sunrise Alarm

I haven’t used this exact model, but I have found using these systems in the winter makes a big difference.

Where it becomes an issue is when you have 2 people who go to bed and wake up at different times frequently. However, even then, we found, the soft light effect you can get from it makes for a less ‘harsh’ wake up or wind down period.

And because you can set this one to a red colour, it could be useful for children as a pre bedtime light or as a nightlight.

Looks like a good option regardless, not overly expensive, good features and with 25% off, seems a good option worth looking at, particularly for anyone who suffers from SAD.

Optimum Nutrition – Hydro Whey

This is one of the best whey proteins on the market. Generally speaking I don’t recommend it as it is cost prohibitive to the average gym goer. However, at this price, it is absolutely worth the price.

Protein powder is all about the filtration process. Optimum Nutrition has possibly the best level of filtration of any product and hydrolysed whey is a further step up the chain. If you can grab a tub of this I’d highly recommend it (just not at the price it is usually listed at, unless you are competing as a bodybuilder as a profession or similar).

Bang & Olufsen Wireless Headphones

If you are going to get an expensive set of headphones, you’d be hard pushed to beat Bang & Olufsen. However, the price is generally beyond a level you might consider worth the increased quality in sound.

But, when you are saving 46% on the cost, it might be worth taking another look.

And the wireless version obviously means you don’t have to navigate a wire or keep your music playing device on your person if you are taking part in a fitness based activity, so it’s just one less thing to stress about.
