Having worked alongside highly experienced physiotherapists at Clydebank FC, Middlesbrough Rugby Club and St Mirren FC, Callum has assisted players through training and match days with a variety of issues.

From injury assessment and treatment, pre-match and training massages as well as match day first aid, Callum has a wide variety of experience to draw from to provide the best possible service for his clients.

Callum has a BSc Hons in Sports Therapy and throughout his studies became a specialist in injury assessment, treatment, management and prevention. His skillsets include soft tissue techniques, diagnostics, particularly with sprains, strains, fractures, shooting pains, along with general aches and pains, such as neck, upper back and lower back stiffness and pains.

Although qualified to a high level and continuing to learn from the day to day work he does with St Mirren FC and the specialized team around him, Callum is far from complacent and spends most of his free time working on improving his knowledge and skillsets as a therapist by studying the latest theories and science on injuries and how pain can be presented.

Additionally, Callum is also qualified in applying kinesio tape to a high level which can improve body mechanics and improve posture. This type of taping can also increase injury recovery rates by influencing fluid drainage.
