Have it Your Way!

Sometimes you have an idea of what you want to get out of a training session, but coach leading the sessions has other plans.

Often that can be good for getting you out of your comfort zone and giving you new challenges.

With our entire suite of sessions, your individual progress will always have been considered. And whether you feel it is the correct route or not, your best interests will always be at the heart of the decisions.

These open sessions allow access to the conditioning studio at set times. So it is still a group training session, but you have the opportunity to make it what you want.

Either the group can come up with their own workouts or you can use one of the DCS supplied programmes.

These are written out in a ‘choose your own adventure’ style, where the group gets to make decisions that affect the workouts.

Not only does that keep things interesting, but it still leaves you with an element of control.

And by working as a group you’ll likely build up more of a community feel.

You can still ask for questions or guidance from the DCS team, so you’ll not be left not knowing what to do. But it is up to you to pull each other through the sessions to get the most out of them.
