The reason most people struggle with their training approach is they don’t know what to do for the best. So they follow a routine that worked for someone else; find one online, that looks good; or simply wing it based on base level knowledge.

This service is delivered by coaches with many years and thousands of hours of experience & success. Ensuring your road-map will be expertly tailored & designed with you and for you.

Your limitations, movement patterns, weaknesses and imbalances will be fully addressed.

Your sessions will be designed to address your issues and move you, swiftly, towards your ultimate goals.

And we will work with you to help you overcome any specific obstacles you might hit along the way.

How You Look Should be a Reflection of How You Feel

Our focus is always to ensure you are, first and foremost, healthy, strong, mobile and pain-free.

A long and happy life require these elements

Whether you need more energy and focus for work; stamina and mobility to keep up with your children, nieces or nephews; or movement, speed or power for sports or hobbies. Without the fundamentals of a well functioning body, none of this is possible.

Fortunately, by getting these things in place also gives greater potential to push harder, recover quicker and maximise your potential which, inevitably will lead to a shift in external aesthetics and improved confidence levels.

How it Works

With traditional group personal training, you would find your partners, arrange times that suit, and the trainer would then look to create a plan that worked for everyone.

There may be tweaks, but ultimately, while everyone may have been thought about, the workouts are unlikely to be 100% tailored to any individual. (This is particularly true with couples).

With this service, you don’t need to find others. You don’t have to train with the same people each time. And each session will be tailored to YOUR needs.

You may be sharing the time with others, but your programme will be uniquely yours.

Your Personal Trainer will direct you to your training zone. Your equipment will be prepared. And you will be guided through your workout, corrected & coached to maximise your efforts.

The difference between this and one to one training is, the trainer may not be by your side at all times. While you are recovering or hydrating, the trainer may move to another client to assist. By fully preparing for the session, the only thing you are losing is some chit-chat during your down time, but the quality of the session will remain.

The advantage, though, is you will also be splitting the cost. The number of other participants are limited to ensure the quality of service is not diluted (currently 4 max). Making for exceptional value and a fantastic investment in your health and well-being.

Covid-19 Bonus & Restrictions

Due to current restrictions, we are may need to utilize outdoor training areas. We still have shelter from the elements.

Access to changing rooms is restricted (toilets are available).

As this could feel less than ideal, and because, more than ever, we want to encourage you to prioritise your health & well-being, this service is currently running at around 35% off the regular cost (already reflected booking options).

We have also increased sanitation measures, along with the distancing.

All restrictions have been reached through extensive discussions with the Scottish Government, Trading Standards.

Expert Guidance

Unlike most facilities, the experience level on offer at DCS is extremely high.

Currently we have 2 trainers available to assist (and guide you through your sessions with further advice and assistance beyond that)

Coach Mark is the owner of the facility and has over 15 years of knowledge and experience in the industry.

Coach Heinrich has joined us from the other side of the world and has over 12 years professional experience and expertise to draw from.

Both coaches are available for one to one personal training or fitness coaching. But through these sessions you will have the ability to draw from both of their extensive experience in order to guide you along your path to success.
