If you have ever struggled with a lack of motivation to make the necessary changes to your life, suffered from dramatic changes in body-weight or your fitness levels are not where they need to be to make your hobby a career, William is the trainer you’ve been looking for.

With a history of working with soldiers, sports enthusiasts and the general public alike William has a great experience in providing people the tools they need to succeed. He completely understands what it is like, to not be where you want to be and will ensure the fullest attention is given to guide you through the obstacles to reach your fullest potential.

The grand design will only materialise through perseverance, Focus and the will to succeed. To make the exterior a visual art, the interior needs to be functional and strong to support.”

From a young age William was in the sports performance system, playing cricket for Scotland at various different levels. Strength and Conditioning was a huge part of his training/preparation to enable him to play at the highest level possible. He has travelled three of the worlds continents (Australia, Europe and Asia) training with some of the best sports performance and Fitness Coaches around. Physical activity and fitness not only became a part of his training but a way of life.

Due to injury which prevented him from progressing is his sporting career further, Fitness was still very much at the forefront of Williams life and therefore he had to look at other options where he was still very much physically active while striving for achievement and success in some form or another. What better way than to join the Army!!

William spent several years in the Royal Regiment of Scotland Reserves. Not only was he one of the fittest soldiers in his Battalion but continued to strive for more and became a PTI (Physical Training Instructor). During that time he trained and prepared battalions and Units of men for war, which I’m sure you will agree is no easy feat! The Army taught him that “No matter how hard the task at hand may seem or how run down you feel, your body will keep going if your mind allows it to. Having a strong mindset and determination to succeed will inevitably lead you to where you want to be.   Mind over Matter!”

Going from one extreme to the other was a huge learning curve for William but it didn’t come without its difficulties, failures and successes, good times and bad, however every minute of it has been worth his time, commitment and effort because it has provided him with a wealth of knowledge that he can now pass onto the people who need and want his help.

Whatever your goals, losing weight, increasing strength, speed and mobility, aesthetics i.e. Beach body or improving your mindset to perform at the highest level or for the betterment of your day to day living, William has a wealth of knowledge that he would like to share with you and make your journey that little bit easier.
