Give your body a much needed service

Our 30 day guide is not an "Eat these meals, lose this weight" diet approach. Rather it is a complete over view starting with a 2 day preparation phase followed by a 4 week holiday for your hormonal functions. Giving your system a rest in order to function at its peak.

And what does that meant?

No matter what your goals - fat burning; muscle building; increased energy; added strength - these will all be much more achievable because your body's systems will be operating at a higher level.

Sports Therapy

Sports massage can alleviate pain caused by too much physical activity. This type of massage was originally developed to serve athletes to prevent and relieve injuries, but both athletes and non-athletes can gain physiological and psychological benefits from receiving sports massage therapy.

Sports massage therapy can also prevent delayed onset muscle soreness by encouraging blood and lymph flow throughout the body, preventing muscle fatigue.

Sports therapy can also help a person manage stress. When a person receives a sports massage, their body releases neurotransmitters called endorphins acting as the body’s natural pain reliever. Endorphins that are released due to receiving a sports massage help to decrease anxiety, provide pain relief, improve mood and enhance a person’s state of well-being.

We currently have 2 fantastic sports therapists on our team, each with their own unique background and skill-sets.
